The Hateful Eight

Wyoming, a few years after the American Civil War: A carriage laboriously makes its way through the snow towards the mountain town of Red Rock. On board are the bounty hunter John 'The Hangman' Ruth (Kurt Russell), his prisoner Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh) and the hitchhikers Major Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson), who used to be a soldier and now also earns his money as a bounty hunter, and Chris Mannix (Walton Goggins). Due to a snowstorm, they make a stop at Minnie's hardware store. There they don't meet Minnie, but they do meet the mysterious Mexican Bob (Demián Bichir), the secretive cowboy Joe Gage (Michael Madsen), General Sandford 'Sandy' Smithers (Bruce Dern) and Oswaldo Mobray (Tim Roth). What at first glance seems like a chance meeting of strangers in a forgotten corner of the world is actually a reckoning for misdeeds during the Civil War that happened years ago, but filled all the men with hatred. A hatred that can make every word in the small store a death sentence....
